Johnson Boulevard SW Tumwater WA 98512 The above-named industry has applied for a renewal of its wastewater discharge permit in accordance with the provisions of the Tumwater Municipal Code, Section 13.08.065. I. TENTATIVE DETERMINATIONS Based on preliminary staff review, the City of Tumwater proposes to issue a permit that authorizes the above discharge pursuant to certain limitations. A final determination will not be made until all comments have been received, pursuant to this notice, and have been evaluated. II. PUBLIC COMMENT AND INFORMATION Interested people are invited to submit written comments regarding the proposed permit within 30 days of the date of this public notice.
