NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE SILVER PALMS WEST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of the Silver Palms West Community Development District will hold a special meeting on August 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Corsica Club, 24455 SW 119 Ave, Miami, FL. At the Special Meeting, the Board is expected to consider and discuss the minutes from Board of Supervisors meeting held on July 18, 2025, overview of the board members' physical presence while recused, continues to count toward quorum for purposes of Board action on the affected item, holiday lighting, staff reports, the monthly financial reports of the District, and any other business which may lawfully and properly come before the Board. This Notice is given in accordance with the requirements of Section 189.417, Florida Statutes. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from the District Manager, 5385 N. Nob Hill Road, Sunrise, Florida 33351. This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (954) 721-8681 at least five calendar days prior to the meeting.
