Georgia, Muscogee County Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed given by Kevin L Glover, unmarried man to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Grantor, as nominee for Ark-La-Tex Financial Services, LLC dba Benchmark Mortgage, its successors and assigns, dated 5/1/2023, and recorded on 5/2/2023, in Instrument No.: 20230007830, Deed Book 14126, Page 114, Muscogee County, Georgia records, along with Scrivener's Affidavit recorded 4/17/2025 as Instrument No. 20250006446 in Book 14658, Page 1, as last assigned to Freedom Mortgage Corporation by assignment recorded on 1/24/2025 in Instrument No.: 20250001263 Deed Book 14611, Page 203, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $160,000.00, with interest thereon as provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Muscogee County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on 9/2/2025, the following described property: All That Lot, Tract Or Parcel Of Land Situate, Lying And Being In Land Lot 43, 9th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia And Being Known And Designated As All Of Lot Numbered Eight (8), Block Lettered "G", Section Three, Wesley Hills, As Said Lot Is Shown Upon A Map Or Plat Of Said Subdivision Made By Siegel Engineering Company, Civil Engineers, Dated June 1, 1965, And Recorded In Plat Book 35, Folios 93-A And 93-B, Of The Records In The Office Of The Clerk Of Superior Court, Muscogee County, Georgia, To Which Reference Is Hereby Made For The More Particular Location And Dimension Of Said Lot..
