Request for Statement of Qualifications The Washington Department of Naturals Resources (DNR) is currently accepting statements of qualifications (SOQ) from Architecture and Engineering (A&E) firms to solicit proposals to complete a piling and habitat inventory assessment, piling inventory report and sensitive habitat assessment, to review, inventory and collect data on pilings in the Grays Harbor Bay and surrounding waterways. The SOQ should be less than 5 pages, or 10 MB and it shall include at least three assessment reports the consultants worked on with government agencies and the fee rates of personnel. SOQs must be received by 5:00 p.m. on September 1, 2025, by e-mail to Ashley.aversa@dnr.wa.gov.
