This Lis Pendens is filed against Use Periods 1, 2, 3, 4, 16, 30, 31, 34, 38, 40, 43, 46, 48, as described and set forth in the Declaration of Multiple Ownership Rights, Restrictions, Affirmative Obligations, conditions, etc. as described in the instrument recorded in the ROD in Deed Book 258 at Page 1935.
