If three (3) bids from project specific prequalified firms are not received before the bid opening for a particular bid package, a Re-Bid Opening for that bid package will be held 3:00 p.m. on September 11, 2025 in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Auxiliary Services, 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte NC 28208. An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on August 6, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at Hawthorne Academy of Health Sciences, Multi-Purpose Room, 1411 Hawthorne Lane, Charlotte, NC 28205.
