A Settlement has been reached with Northbay Healthcare Corporation (“Northbay” or “Defendant”) in a class action lawsuit concerning the cyberattack on Northbay’s computer systems that occurred between January 11, 2024, and April 1, 2024 (the “Data Incident”). Files containing private information were accessed. Northbay denies that it did anything wrong, and the Court has not decided who is right.
