DBA CMG Home Loans, its successors and assigns, dated 11/17/2023 and recorded 11/20/2023 in 20230023072 , in Book 14281, Page 259, Muscogee County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC by assignment recorded on 04/15/2025 Book 14656 Page 266, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 191,000.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Muscogee County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on 09/02/2025, the following described property: All That Lot, Tract Or Parcel Of Land Situate, Lying And Being In Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, Being Known And Designated As All Of Lot Numbered Thirteen (13), Block Lettered H, Section Three, Lincoln Hills Subdivision, As Said Lot Appears Upon A Map Or Plat Of Said Subdivision Recorded In Plat Book 11, Folio 139, Of The Records In The Office Of The Clerk Of Superior Court Of Muscogee County, Georgia, To Which Reference Is Hereby Made For The Specific Location And Dimensions Of The Real Property Herein Described.
