View original filePublic Notice CREATION OF RANCHO GRANDE CDD
A Public Hearing will be held in the Miami-Dade County Commission Chambers, located on the Second Floor of the Stephen P. Clark Government Center, 111 N.W. First Street, Miami, Florida, at 9:30 A.M., on September 3, 2025, to consider an ordinance to create the Rancho Grande Community Development District (CDD). The district boundaries, as shown on the map below, are bounded by:
SW 187 Avenue (Redland Road) on the east, SW 189 Avenue on the west, SW 316 Street (Palmetto Drive) on
the south and SW 312 Street (Campbell Drive) on the north.
The CDD is designed to provide a financing mechanism for community infrastructure, facilities and services, along with certain ongoing operations and maintenance for Rancho Grande CDD. The CDD boundaries encompass approximately 21.34 acres with approximately $16.798 million in infrastructure costs servicing approximately 150 single-family units.
Interested parties may:
1. view a live broadcast of the Commission meeting in the lobby of the Stephen P. Clark Government Center, located on the first floor;
2. speak, where permissible, in the Miami-Dade Commission Chambers located on the second floor of the Stephen P. Clark Government Center; members of the public will be required to register to speak on the first floor and will be escorted to the Commission Chambers at the appropriate time;
3. view a live broadcast on Miami-Dade Television;
4. view a live webcast at https://www.miamidade.gov/webcasting;
5. after the meeting, view an archived copy of the meeting at https://www.miamidade.gov/webcasting; or
6. if you are deaf or hard of hearing, you may join the meeting using Florida Relay Service by dialing 711 on your telephone.
All interested parties may be heard in accordance with the Board’s Rules of Procedure.
A person who decides to appeal any decision made by any board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at its meeting or hearing, will need a record of the proceedings. Such persons may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
