You have been made defendants in the lawsuit filed in this Court. The Petition filed against you is a civil action seeking to determine the sole and only heirs-at-law of Jennifer Lea Williams, deceased as the following: Rodney D. Williams, Lauren Isabella Rice (Grewatz), India E. Rice, Karalena Gray Williams and Samuel Corbin Williams. You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed herein in this action at 9:00 a.m., on September 18, 2025, in the Chancery Court of Jackson County, Mississippi, at 3104 Magnolia Street, Pascagoula, MS 39568; and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a Judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded.
