Summary of Adopted Ordinance to Amend Chapter 13 of the Placer County Code On July 22, 2025, during the regularly scheduled hearing, the Placer County Board of Supervisors adopted Ordinance 6325-B to amend Placer County Code Chapter 13, Article 13.12, Section 13.12.350 to adjust sewer connection fees. The Ordinance increases the sewer connection fees for Sewer Maintenance Districts 2 and 3, and Zones of Benefit 2A3 and 173 from $11,270 to $11,326, and Zones of Benefit 232 and 239 from $9,802 to $9,858 per Equivalent Dwelling Unit to reflect increases in the regional component approved by the South Placer Wastewater Authority. The Ordinance is effective thirty (30) days after the date of its passage. The votes were as follows: 5:0; Absent: Landon, DeMattei, Jones, Gustafson, Gore Noes: None.
