Public Notice On July 22, 2025, at the Board Chambers located at 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, CA 95603, the Placer County Board of Supervisors adopted an Ordinance 6326-B-B by a vote of 5:0 Ayes: Landon, DeMattei, Jones, Gustafson, Gore Noes: None to amend Placer County Code, Chapter 17, Article 17.54, Section 17.54.020 Height limits and exceptions, to add a note to subdivision (C)(2) allowing for the 12-feet maximum height of a fence retaining wall combination to be applied to any property boundary that is adjoining a nonparticipating ownership property in the Placer Vineyards Specific Plan and the Riolo Vineyards Specific Plan areas.
