Public Notice On July 22, 2025, at the Board Chambers located at 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, CA 95603, the Placer County Board of Supervisors adopted Ordinance 6322-B by a vote of 5:0 Ayes: Landon, DeMattei, Jones, Gustafson, Gore, Noes: None levying special taxes within County of Placer Community Facilities District No. 2012-1 (Sunset Industrial Area Services) – Annexation #24, for fiscal year 2026-27 and the following years. Specifically, the ordinance would authorize taxes at the greater of (i) $.11 per square foot, or (ii) $1,098.82 per acre for APN 017-271-033-000.
