On July 22, 2025, at the Board Chambers located at 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, CA 95603, the Placer County Board of Supervisors adopted an Ordinance 6327-B-B by a vote of 5:0 Ayes: Landon, DeMattei, Jones, Gustafson, Gore Noes: None to approve Amendment No. 3 to the Second Amended and Restated Development Agreement by and between the County of Placer and Ponderosa Homes II, LLC Relative to Property 1B of the Placer Vineyards Specific Plan (the "Amendment").
The ordinance approves the Amendment which modifies the Second Amended and Restated Development Agreement as follows: (1) the definition of "Entitlement" in Recital H is modified to include the amended Placer County General Plan; the Amendment; and the zoning, the large and small lot tentative subdivision maps with conditions of approval, and the development phasing plan for Placer Vineyards Specific Plan Property 1B; (2) Exhibit 2.2 is deleted and replaced to reflect updated high density residential, medium density residential and open space land use designations for PVSP Property 1B; and (3) Section 2.5.5.5 is added requiring the developer to provide additional active parkland or the payment of in lieu fees.
