Margaret Lane, Conference Room 302 Hillsborough NC 27278. Scope of Work: The project includes Orange County Parking Lot Resurfacing at Orange County Animal Services, Efland Cheek Community Center, Orange County Fuel Center, Robert & Pearl Center, Southern Human Services, and Whitted Human Services. Work includes Full Depth Patching, Milling, Paving, Crack Sealing, Removal and Replacement of Wheel Bump Stops, and Parking Lot Re-Striping. A mandatory virtual Pre-Bid meeting will be held on August 5, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. The meeting will be a Microsoft Teams meeting hosted by Summit Design and Engineering Services.
