Notice of Public Hearing For Sale of Property LOTT Clean Water Alliance The LOTT Clean Water Alliance (LOTT) Board of Directors will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the sale of real property in the Deschutes Valley. LOTT is proposing to sell three parcels of real property: 4114 Capitol Blvd SE, Tumwater, WA, 4098 Capitol Blvd SE, Tumwater, WA, and Parcel 09470021000, an approximately 7-acre parcel located directly south of 4098 Capitol Blvd (This parcel does not have an address). The proposed buyer for all parcels is the City of Tumwater to be used for habitat improvements, event parking, and other public uses. The hearing will occur as part of the regular LOTT Board Meeting on August 13, 2025, beginning at 6:30 p.m. There will be a brief presentation, followed by opportunity for public testimony. The public can participate in the hearing in person at the LOTT Regional Services Center, located at 500 Adams Street NE, Olympia, WA 98501 or via Zoom.
