The Board of Zoning Appeals will hear the following appeal on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. in the conference room of the City Services Building located at 921 Oak Street in Myrtle Beach. All interested parties are invited to attend.
Request 25-08 Frank & Christi Sloan: The applicant is requesting a variance from Section 1603 (Dimensional Standards) regarding setbacks for an addition. Requesting a side-yard setback of 3 ft. where 10 ft. is required. The property is located at 112 Twinoak Court and is identified by PIN 394-15-02-0041.
