Public Notice NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION TO CLOSE ROADS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., in the Miami-Dade Commission Chambers, located on the second floor of the Stephen P. Clark Government Center, 111 NW 1st Street, Miami, Florida 33128, to consider the advisability of exercising the authority granted by sections 336.09 and 336.10, Florida Statutes, to grant that certain petition to vacate, abandon, discontinue, close, renounce and disclaim any right of Miami-Dade County and the public in and to that certain existing public or private street, alleyway, road, highway, or other place used for travel, or portion thereof, lying, being and situated in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
