WINTERWOOD KY PORTFOLIO IV CDBG-DR ADMINISTRATOR Winterwood KY Portfolio IV is seeking proposals from consulting firms for CDBG-DR and NEPA-compliant Administrator relating to the 2021 and 2022 CDBG Disaster Recovery Program through the Kentucky Department for Local Government. The Consultant will be responsible for Administration of CDBG-DR and NEPA compliant documentation as required. There are five total sites in this transaction. They are in Greenup, Floyd, Perry and Pike Counties. Please email Bryan.Lloyd@winterwoodinc.com to request a package.
