No. MS0021521. The applicant's operations fall within SIC Code 4952. The applicant's operation is the collection and treatment of domestic / municipal wastewater. Only one discharge is described within the application. The applicant describes one discharge of treated wastewater into the Escatawpa River. The staff of the Permit Board has developed this draft permit based on information submitted to the Permit Board by the applicant, appropriate State and Federal agencies and other interested parties.
