General: All qualified Architect-Engineer (A-E) firms wanting to be considered for various Title I, Title II, and Commissioning (CX) contracts for the Mississippi Army National Guard(MSARNG) and MS Military Department (MMD) during the upcoming Fiscal Year 2026 (1 October 2025 – 30 September 2026) shall submit the requirements listed below no later than 8 September 2025. By submitting the information below, firms become eligible for consideration for the MSARNG and MMD approved A-E/CX firm/agent list. A-E firms and CX agents will not have the opportunity to be added to the approved list or considered for contracts by the MSARNG or the MMD again until FY27 if the information below and SF 330 (Part 2) is not received before the deadline.Location: State-Wide Category 1 & 2 Selections of $176,0000 and below for Title I & II fees per approved MSARNG A-E Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) dated 10 May 2023. 2.
