ORDINANCE NO. 950 An Ordinance Of The City Of Eagle, Idaho, Amending Section 1-5-3, Eagle City Code, To Provide For Annual Salaries For The Mayor And Council, And Providing An Effective Date. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: That Section 1-5-3: SALARIES, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as follows: Commencing January 1, 20246 the annual salaries of the Mayor, and the City Council shall be as follows: A. Mayor: The Mayor shall receive an annual salary in the sum of ninety-twosix thousand seven hundred ninety-five and forty-three dollars ($92,795.00) ($96,043.00). B. Council Members: Each member of Council shall receive an annual salary in the sum of sixteen thousand two seven hundred ninety-three and twenty-five dollars ($16,225.00) ($16,793.00).
