REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The City of Colleyville is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide design, engineering, and project construction oversight services for the Voting Center Multi-Purpose Facility with attached Splash Pad in accordance with the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) posted on http://www.civcastusa.com. SOQs will be accepted until 2:00 PM on August 12, 2025. This RFQ provides firms with the necessary information to prepare and submit their qualifications for consideration regarding this project. The CivCast website will allow firms to ask questions regarding this RFQ, and the City to issue any addenda. It is the sole responsibility of all interested firms, whether they have received digital downloads or paper copies of the RFQ, to periodically check for Addenda posted on the Civcast USA website.
