The application is submitted to comply with the requirements of Title 30 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Chapter 328, Subchapter F. This public notice is provided per the requirements of 30 TAC Section 328.60. The applicant has filed registration documents with Tarrant County Judge Jim Ohare, 100 E. Weatherford St., Suite 501, Fort Worth, TX 76196, where they may be viewed by the public. The TCEQ scrap tire management rules require the publication of this notice once a week for three weeks. This is the third publication of the notice. Comments on the application, if any, must be submitted to the TCEQ staff within 30 days of this notice.
