Pursuant to Section 33-310.1(A)(V)(B) of the Code of the Mi- ami-Dade County, the Assistant Director of the Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources has approved with condition(s) the following request for Administrative Modification to modify previously approved plans approved pursuant to Resolu- tion No. No. CZAB11-4-22, passed and adopted by the Community Zoning Appeals Board 11 on June 13, 2022.

REQUEST(S): 1. Modification of condition #2 of Resolution No. CZAB11-4-22, passed and adopted by the Community Zoning Appeals Board 11 on June 13, 2022, as amended by Administrative Modification Ap- plication No. M2024000001, approved by the Development Services Division on February 16th, 2024, only as it applies to the subject property, and reading as follows: FROM: “2. That in the approval of the plan, the same be substantially in accordance with the plans submitted to the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources entitled “Baptist Health / ALTRA Kendall,” as prepared by ATL Architecture and Bermello Ajamil & Partners consisting of 2 sheets dated stamped received 1/4/2024, landscape plans entitled “Baptist Health/Altra Kendall,” as prepared by EGS2 Corp, Landscape architecture, consisting of 5 sheets dated stamped received 1/4/2024, and civil plans “Altis Baptist Kendall,” as prepared by HSQ Group, Inc., consisting of 5 sheets dated stamped received 1/4/2024 for a total of 12 sheets.” O: “2. That in the approval of the plan, the same be substantially in accordance with that submitted for Administrative Modification process No. M2025000007 entitled “Altra Kendall,” as prepared by ATL Architecture consisting of two (2) sheets dated stamped received May 5, 2025; landscape plans entitled “Altra Kendall,” as prepared by EGS2 Corp, Landscape architecture, consisting of five (5) sheets dated stamped received May 5, 2025, and civil plans, entitled “Altis Baptist Kendall,” as prepared by HSQ Group, Inc., consisting of 3 sheets dated stamped received July 2, 2025; for a total of ten (10) sheets. The purpose of the Administrative Modification is to revise the ap- proved plans to improve the parking areas to an existing multi-family development.
