Prequal Advertisement Blum Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager @ Risk by Chatham County and is seeking to pre-qualify construction trade contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment and tools for the Parker's Ridge Park project in New Hill, NC. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Phase 1 of the Parker's Ridge Park in Chatham County, NC to include the creation of an all-encompassing park with playground amenities (with ADA accessible equipment), pump track courses for all age groups, a restroom shelter with attached fishing dock overlooking the central pond, prefabricated maintenance building, and walking trails. Project will include all site work & landscape associated with reworking the existing 23.5 acres of land – including demo and new work where required. Additional phases to come in the future, including the addition of a multi-phased recreation center. Project is in honor of the Parker's family, local New Hill residents who donated their parcel of land to build for the Chatham County & neighboring communities.
