---- Public Notice ---- Notice is hereby given that Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government (200 E. Main Street, Lexington, KY 40507), has filed an application with the Energy and Environment Cabinet to construct a new shared use path. The proposed path will begin on the north side of Town Branch Creek near 601 Bizzell Drive. From there, it will go east along the railroad for approximately 2,500 feet. A new bridge will then carry the path over both Town Branch Creek and the railroad. After crossing, the path will continue across the old landfill, run alongside Old Frankfort Pike, and terminate near Roy Mardis Drive.
