BID PROPOSAL CITY OF FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT PAVEMENT REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT STONEWOLF TRAIL, STONEWOLF SUBDIVISION INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS: The City of Fairview Heights, Illinois is accepting bids to provide all labor, equipment and material necessary to remove and replace approximately 0.78 mile of pavement for a project known as "PAVEMENT REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT, STONEWOLF TRAIL, STONEWOLF SUBDIVISION". All bids shall be placed on the forms provided, and returned in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the bidder, and marked "PAVEMENT REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT, STONEWOLF TRAIL, STONEWOLF SUBDIVISION" on the front, addressed to the Public Works Committee, c/o City Clerk, 10025 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, IL 62208. Any sealed envelope not marked as designated above will not be accepted as a bid. All bids must be received prior to 3:00 p.m., August 12, 2025, and will be opened at that time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities in the bidding procedure. Bidding documents will be available on Monday, July 28, 2025, at the office of the City Clerk, 10025 Bunkum Road, Fairview Heights, Illinois 62208, or electronically by contacting the Public Works office at 618-489-2020. All contractors interested in bidding this project MUST be prequalified with IDOT and will be required to submit a CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY prior to receiving bidding documents.
