AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA, AMENDING POLICY 1.1.1 OF THE FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO ESTABLISH A MAXIMUM DENSITY OF 200 DWELLING UNITS PER ACRE IN THE "TRANSIT-SUPPORTIVE DEVELOPMENT" DESIGNATION AND MODIFY ITS DESCRIPTION; PROVIDING FOR TRANSMITTAL; CORRECTIONS; SEVERABILITY; CONFLICTS; IMPLEMENTATION; AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
