BUTTE COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION RFP # 2025-26-RFP-B2W-REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ADMINISTRATION OF TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM - BACK 2 WORK PROGRAM NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Butte County Office of Education ("BCOE") is requesting proposals for the administration of the Caltrans Back 2 Work (B2W) Program. Contractors will manage transitional work crews of CDCR-referred parolees performing manual labor, primarily litter abatement, within Caltrans Right of Way. This RFP applies to multiple Caltrans Districts, and vendors may submit proposals for any of the following: District 3: Sacramento District 6: Fresno District 7: Los Angeles District 10: San Joaquin Proposals will be accepted from vendors to perform the requested services in any of the above Caltrans Districts. ALL SUBMITTALS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN AUGUST 11, 2025, BY 5:00 P.M. Late submittals will not be accepted or considered. Fax, post mailed, couriered or hand-delivered responses will not be accepted. Questions must be received by August 1, 2025, 5:00 p.m. All answers, along with any addenda, will be posted on the BCOE website by August 4, 2025, 2:00 p.m. The BCOE reserves the right to reject any and all submittals.
