NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Crowley Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following request on Monday, August 11, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, located at 201 E. Main St, Crowley, Tarrant County, Texas 76036.
ZCA-2025-002 Hold a public hearing, discuss, and make a recommendation to the City Council regarding an ordinance requested by The Nehemiah
Company to amend Ordinance No. 06-2018-332 (the Karis Planned
Development District regulations). The proposed amendment would remove the Residential Type 5 (single family attached, minimum lot area 960 sq ft) and add a new "4-cluster" lot type and development standards and would also allow front entry garages for the 45 ft and 50 ft width lot types.
The City of Crowley City Council will conduct a second public hearing and
consider the recommendation for the above request at 7:00 PM on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 201 E. Main St.
Interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing to offer public comments or provide written comments prior to the meeting to the Community Development Office, 201 E Main St, Crowley, Texas 76036. The Crowley City Hall is accessible wheelchairs, and accessible parking spaces are available. Requests for accommodation must be made 48 hours prior to this meeting.
