Notice of Proposed Tentative Parcel Map A public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Modesto at 6:00 pm on Monday, August 18, 2025, in the Council Chambers at 1010 10th Street Modesto CA 95354, regarding the application of Aspen Survey Company Inc. for a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide one existing 21,780 square foot parcel into two independent lots, located in the Low Density Residential (R-1) Zone on property located south of Laurel Avenue, also known as 417 Laurel Avenue APN (029-022-009). This project is categorically exempt per CEQA Section 15315-Minor Land Divisions. All persons interested are invited to attend the public hearing at the above time and place in person and will be given the opportunity to be heard. All interested persons are also invited to participate in the public hearing by submitting comments via email to planning@modestogov.com.
