PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with S.C. Code Ann. §44-7-210 et seq., notice is given that Graceful Journey Home Health of SC, LLC, located at 331 East Main Street, Rock Hill, SC 29730, intends to submit an application to the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) for a Certificate of Need. The proposed project is to establish a home health agency providing skilled nursing, therapy, and personal care services in York, Lancaster, Richland, Chester, Aiken, Bamberg, Calhoun, Chesterfield, Clarendon, Fairfield, Greenville, Kershaw, Lee, Lexington, Newberry, Orangeburg, Saluda, Spartanburg, Sumter, and Union counties. The estimated capital cost is $12,150.00. This notice is published pursuant to S.C.
