LEGAL NOTICE Request for Proposals NOTICE IS GIVEN that the LYNX LIBRARY CONSORTIUM ("Lynx"), a joint powers entity established in accordance with the provisions of Sections 67-2326 through 67-2330, Idaho Code, requests proposals from qualified vendors for a hosted integrated library system (ILS) to include a fully integrated database management system to support multiple branch and independent libraries operating under separate jurisdictions, utilizing a common database while allowing for the definition of location-specific policies. In addition to the ILS, Lynx intends to procure a Discovery Layer, which may be a separate quotation as an add-alternate. Lynx invites vendors to contact Brad Smith, the Administrator, via email at purchasing@lynxlibraries.org to receive a copy of Lynx's Request for Proposals (RFP), which provides additional details about the project and Lynx's selection process.
