Bellingham School District Notice of Surplus Sale The Board of Directors of the Bellingham School District is announcing the sale of miscellaneous materials and equipment declared as surplus to the needs of the District. Pursuant to RCW 28A.335.180 this notice is provided to inform the public that these materials and equipment will be available for sale. The District shall not sell said surplus to the general public for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, after which time, items will be sold at depreciated cost or fair market value, whichever is greater.
