NOTICE OF INTENT TO PERFORM WORK AND ESTIMATE OF COST In accordance with RCW 39.04.020, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Bellingham has determined that it is necessary and/or advisable that the work described herein is to be performed by means or methods other than by contract. This work includes tree removal of trees at BLI by Port day labor to complete the RSA & OFA Tree Removal project.
