CENTENNIAL AUTHORITY LENOVO CENTER – ENHANCEMENT PROJECT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS(RFQ) FOR SUBSURFACE ENGINEERING SERVICES The Centennial Authority (the "Authority") as owner of the Lenovo Center (the "Arena"), 1400 Edwards Mill Road, Raleigh, NC 27607, seeks proposals from qualified engineers/surveyors for subsurface investigation and testing of grounds surrounding the Arena showing that existing and proposed underground storm drainage, water and sewerage utilities will not conflict with one another and will continue to operate properly during and subsequent to the Lenovo Center enhancement construction now underway.. An RFQ outlining Project requirements and work schedule is available from James Baker, Construction Manager with the Authority JBaker@CentAuth.com. Requests for the RFQ, general responses and/or inquiries regarding qualifications should be submitted electronically to JBaker@CentAuth.com without delay but no later than 10:00 am , July 30, 2025.
