CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA NOTICE OF FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Bradenton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 13, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 101 Old Main Street, Bradenton, Florida 34205; for the purpose of hearing an ordinance regarding the annexation of real property as follows: CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA ORDINANCE NO. 4062 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF BRADENTON COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FUTURE LAND USE MAP TO DESIGNATE CERTAIN LAND GENERALLY LOCATED EAST OF 1ST STREET EAST, NORTH OF U.S. 301 AND SOUTH OF THE CSX RAILWAY, IDENTIFIED AS PARCEL ID 4687900059 AND 4633211009, AND MORE PARTIC- ULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 32.39 ACRES AND OWNED BY THE CITY OF BRADENTON, UNDER THE INDUSTRIAL FUTURE LAND USE CATEGORY; PROVIDING FOR APPLICABILITY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABIL- ITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
