NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
Under and by virtue of an Execution directed to the undersigned Sheriff from the District Court of WAKE County in the above-entitled action, I will on the 7 day of AUGUST, 2025, at 10:00, at the Salisbury Street door of the Wake County Courthouse in Raleigh, North Carolina, offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash to satisfy said Execution, all right, title, and interest which the defendant SAMARAT Llc now has or at any time had at or after the docketing of the Judgment in said action in the following described real estate lying and being in CARY Township, Wake County, North Carolina:
Beginning at a drill hole in the sidewalk on the west right of way margin of Kildaire Farm Road; thence along the west margin of the right of way of Kildaire Farm Road South 01-01-16 West 168.3 feet to a nail in the said sidewalk; thence North 88-59-18 West 149.91 feet to a nail; thence North 01-00-15 East 168.63 feet to an iron pin; thence South 88-59-18 East 149.96 feet to the point and place of the beginning, containing .58 acres more or less. A more detailed description can be found in deed recorded in Book 14232, Page 2352, Wake County Registry, which is incorporated herein by reference. Grantors acquired the property herein described by instrument recorded in Book 14232, Page 2352.

This property will be sold subject to all outstanding taxes, easements, liens, mortgages or any other encumbrances of any description whatsoever pertaining thereto as may exist.
