PUBLIC NOTICE Keith R Thomson has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to remove the existing dock. Construct back a 4'x76' walkway with handrails leading to an 8'x10' covered pierhead with water and electricity. Located channel ward of the pier head is an 8'x20' float connected to the pier head by a 2'x24' ramp. Located to the flood side of the pier head will be a 12'x13' 4 pile boatlift. The purpose of the dock is for private and recreational use at 60 N Calibogue Cay, Hilton Head Island, Beaufort, on and adjacent to Lawton Creek.
