Invitation for Bid HVAC Contractors Totus Park, White Swan The Yakama Nation Housing Authority "YNHA" is accepting sealed bids from licensed contractors for Cold Climate Heat Pump, Air Handler, Duct Work and associated Electrical for 25 homes located in the YNHA Totus Park located in White Swan, WA, with the nearest intersection located at Signal Peak Road and Celia Drive. All bids are due by 11:00 am PST, August 18, 2025, after which time bids will be publicy opened and summarily read. Any bids received after this time and date will not be accepted.
