WHATCOM COUNTY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A SHORELINE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT Notice is hereby given that Cory James & Caitlin Unsell submitted an application for a Shoreline Conditional Use permit (SHC2025-00002) on 6/6/25. The application is to Replace and expand existing 2,664 sf. single-family residence with new 3,766 sf. single-family residence in similar footprint. An existing 216 sf. detached garage will be replaced with a new 528 sf. garage, and an existing 300 sf. shed will be removed. The proposal will add 267 sf. of new buffer impacts.
