The following conditions apply to the discharge of this vessel: 1. Bidder shall have no unpaid debts to the Port of Olympia at the time of sale. 2. If a successful bidder is established at the sale, arrangements shall be made within ten days of the sale to remove the vessel from port property or, 3. A letter of credit shall be established for two months moorage or lay-time storage prior to taking possession of the vessel. 4.
