Public Notice S&ME, Inc. has applied to the SCDHEC-OCRM for a General Permit to perform a geotechnical exploration consisting of soil borings and CPT soundings along US 278 in Beaufort County for SCDOT's bridge replacement. The project area extends from Salt Marsh Drive and US 278 to the east for approximately 2.3 miles and terminates at the intersection of C Heinrichs Cir and US 278.
