Consideration of the Livingston Planning Commission's
Recommended Preferred Land Use Alternative for the
City of Livingston 2040 General Plan Update.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Livingston City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in the City Council Chambers, 663 Main Street, to Consider a Preferred Land Use Alternative for updating the City of Livingston's General Plan Land Use Diagram. The Land Use Alternatives Report can be viewed at:

The proposal will consider all properties located within the City's General Plan Boundary as depicted at:
https://www.cityoflivingston.org/commdev/page/city-
livingston-general-plan-map.
The Public Hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 663 Main Street, Livingston, CA. Staff report, project plans and other materials for the above project are available for review at the City of Livingston, 1416 "C" Street, after August 1, 2025. Any person interested in the above matter is invited to submit comments in writing or orally prior to or at the Public Hearing.
