RICHLAND SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 400 Benton County, Washington NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPTION OF THE 2025–26 BUDGET AND 2024–25 BUDGET EXTENSION NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to RCW 28A.505.050, RCW 28A.505.060, and RCW 28A.505.240, that the Board of Directors of Richland School District No. 400 will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., at the Richland School District Teaching, Learning and Administration Center, 6972 Keene Rd, West Richland, WA. The purpose of the hearing is to: 1. Receive public comment on the proposed budget for the 2025–2026 fiscal year prior to its adoption, and 2. Consider and adopt a budget extension for the 2024–2025 General Fund. A copy of the proposed 2025–2026 budget and the proposed budget extension are available for public inspection at the District Office and online at www.rsd.edu. Any person may appear at the hearing and be heard for or against any part of the budget, the four-year budget plan, or the budget extension.
