CITY OF BELLINGHAM NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals for the construction of the BELLINGHAM POLICE STATION ENVELOPE REPAIRS EF-153 project, will be received by the City of Bellingham, 210 Lottie Street, Bellingham, Washington, 98225 at the Purchasing Office until August 6, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., and thereafter will be publicly opened and read. The improvement consists of: Temporary removal and replacement of existing stone veneer to repair weather-resistive barrier, sheathing, flashings, and structural framing that has been compromised due to water infiltration, storefront window framing system, entrance doors, and hardware are to be replaced at stone cladding areas. Some stucco removal above the ground level stone wainscot and at the upper level is planned to facilitate installation of new flashings. Miscellaneous other repairs such as replacement of mechanical well pitch pockets and limited site work at the perimeter is also planned. Additionally, minor interior work related to flooring replacement at the main level corridor, stair treads, and risers included.
