Summary of Proposed Ordinance On July 22, 2025, at the County Administrative Center, 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, CA. 95603, the Board of Supervisors will consider the adoption of an ordinance levying special taxes within County of Placer Community Facilities District No. 2012-1 (Sunset Industrial Area Services) – Annexation #24, for fiscal year 2026-27 and the following years.
