Summary of Proposed Codified Ordinance On July 22, 2025, at the County Administrative Center, 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, CA. 95603, the Board of Supervisors will consider the adoption of an ordinance amending Placer County Code, Chapter 8, Section 8.24.080, and Chapter 13, Section 13.12.050, concerning sewage system requirements and variances. Specifically, the ordinance clarifies all permits for on-site sewage systems are subject to the On-Site Sewage Manual regardless of the date issued, and modifies the distance to public sewer connections supporting a variance.
