PUBLIC NOTICE ON JUNE 23, 2025, A PETITION, TOGETHER WITH ACCOMPANYING RULE NISI, NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS AND INTERESTED PARTIES, AND LIS PENDENS, WAS FILED IN Bibb County Superior Court seeking foreclosure of the ad valorem tax lien(s) for the year(s) shown below: This Petition serves as notice to the Respondent(s) and all Interested Parties that (1) each party is presumed to own or have a legal interest in one or more of the Subject Properties, (2) that foreclosure proceedings have been commenced because of the failure to pay the real property taxes cited above, and (3) foreclosure will result in the loss of ownership of the Properties and all rights or interests of all Interested Parties. To avoid loss of ownership or any interest in the Property, payment of the full amount of taxes, penalties, interest, and costs must be paid to the Petitioner's office located at 188 Third Street, Macon, Georgia 31201 prior to any Court-ordered sale of the Property. An owner of the Property may redeem the Property within 60 days after the sale date by paying the full amount of taxes, penalties, interest and costs to the Bibb County Superior Court.
